Today I am taking a look at the biggest home trends for 2017 according to Pinterest and their newest trend report. With 175 million Pinners and 100 billion ideas, Pinterest sure knows what they’re talking about. I love using Pinterest to help design not only my home but all parts of my life.

Wallpaper has made a big come back but with a twist. This new trend is now available in a peel & stick. That’s right! Removable wallpaper offers the beauty of wallpaper without the commitment (or hassle of installation). With so many options on color, design and price, it’s a great solution for anyone wanting a bold impact on a small budget. Some of my favorite shops are Chasing Paper, Livette’s Kids, & WallsNeedLove.
Another one of my favorite home trends right now is the round mirror. Mirrors, in general, have always been a great wall accessory but traditionally have been square or rectangle. The round mirror is now popping up everywhere and is both functional and decorative.
3. Hats as Wall Decor
Yes you read that correctly. Now you can wear your hats two ways. On your head and on your walls. Try it for a chic wall accessory that is easily interchangeable.
Speaking of functional decor, the next big trend is storage that doubles as decor. Baskets, trunks, and luggage are just a few examples of ways to store your things while also using it as decor.
